- What is the minimum age limit for entry to the casino?
All visitors to the casino must be over 18 years of age.

- Do you have to present some proof of identity upon entering the casino?
In accordance with Act No.202/1990 Coll., it is necessary for every guest to duly register upon their first visit to a casino. For registration we require you submit a valid form of identification. Registration takes place in the casino´s reception. After you have been registered you will presented with a reception card, which can be used as a proof of identity on subsequent visit. All of the registration data is only used for the internal needs of the company VIP Club a.s. We guarantee all of our clients absolute discretion as concerns the registration data and their gaming activities.

- Is there an entry fee to the VIP Club a.s. casinos?
None of the casinos in the company VIP Club a.s. charge entry.

- What are the dress requirements for entry into the casino?
To visit the casino it is sufficient to weat casual clothing. It is not necessary to wear suits and evening gowns. In the summer months, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. we also accept shorts and sandals.

- Can I bring weapons into the casino?
No weapons whatsoever are allowed in the casino.

- How much do drinks cost in the casino? Can I order food in the casino?
There is a bar available to all visitors to the casino, players and non-players, with a wide selection of drinks at favourable prices. We also offer food. For players basic refreshments are free.

- Does a visitor have to play a game?
Visitors are not obliged to actively take part in any of the games.

- Are there any restrictions on using mobiles, video-recorders or cameras in the casino?
It is not allowed to use mobile phones at the gaming tables. It is only possible to take photographs or film in the casino with manager´s approval.

- What games does VIP Club a.s. have an offer? What is the gaming currency?
In all of the company´s casinos it is possible to play at the gaming tables with service (live) the following games: American roulette, the card games Black Jack, Pontoon, Oasis Poker. It is possible to play using Czech crowns and euros directly at the gaming tables, other currencies can be exchanged at the casino´s cash desk for chips. All of our casinos have slot machines. The currency for all of the slot machines is Czech crowns.

- How can I familiarise myself with the rules of the individual games?
If you wish to familiarise yourself with the rules of the individual games in the actual casino we recommend you take part in the "JUST FOR FUN!" programme, which take place in all of our casinos from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. In addition the brochure Rules of the Games is available for all visitors. All of this information can also be found on these web pages.

- What payment cards can I use in the casino?
We accept VISA, EC/MC.

- Are winnings in the casino taxed?
In accordance with the valid legal regulations winnings are not taxed.

- Can I keep a chip as a souvenir?
According to the Rules of Play it is forbidden to take chips out of the casino.

- In the event of a problem who has the final decision?
In the event of any problem whatoever you must consult the person serving the table, who will call the casino manager. The casino manager´s decision is final.

- Do you offer any special programmes in connection with the games in the casino?
In our casinos we offer special programmes Casino&Dinner and Casino by Night. We also offer these programmes in the form of gift vouchers. Part of the programme also includes a demonstration programme, a coctail or an evening meal served in the casino.

You can also arrange a private or company celebration or evening party in the casino´s attractive surroundings. Part of an evening party can also be, apart from the demonstration programme in which our experienced personnel will explain the rules of the games on offer, a social prorgamme according to your wishes. You can also enjoy the thrill of gaming outside of the casino.

VIP Club Ltd. can transport completely equipped gaming tables, in any kind of combination, to any destination, it will ensure professional serveci for the tables and entertaining games for prizes. It is not possible to play for money outside of the casino.
